Child like play is finding a place in the office as companies push aside the withboards and speakerphones to make a pile of brightly colored buildings blocks called “LEGO”.
Lego is one of the most engaging methods to facilitate any training, conference or meeting. "Everyone builds, and everyone has a story." Lego encourages people to develop an individual creativity to produce powerful team results through a series of challenging activities.
In a teambuilding and leadership development session, individuals build models that reflect goals, impressions, describe what they have done, how senior managements picture their organization in the future, and if their vision its aligned with the board of directors strategy.
In conclusion, the goal is to encourage a level of creative thinking way outside the comfort zone of senior leader and aligned the vision of any individual organization in one and the most efficient way that any firm should operate in the business world.
